Management Accountant

They also pride themselves on being at the forefront of innovation and technology within the field they operate, often culminating in exciting break-throughs and first-to-market products.  They’ve maintained this market-leading presence and competitive advantage over their rivals by forging very long-standing relationships with supply chain operatives and their customer base, collaborating on efforts and anticipating trends.  

They are looking for a management accountant to join their business, someone with increased responsibilities by way of business partnering with the site. You will have access to support staff to assist with the collation of data for the production of management accounts, but you will need to own the month end close process for the manufacturing operation and support with the production of group management pack. As a pivotal member of the Finance Team, you will seek feedback  from other business functions to explain the finances and work collaboratively to derive useful insights from the data, inevitably leading to actionable commercial outcomes (business initiatives and recommended improvements) in order to provide commentary to senior leadership.  

This exciting role will enable you to develop relationships across the business across all levels and work with a high calibre and driven management team. You will be involved in future commercial projects, streamlining processes and driving efficiencies and adding value to the business. 

You will be QBE, part-qualified or qualified with experience in manufacturing and an understanding of stock control, use of stock, WIP and how to value stock. You’ll have an engaging style of communication with an ability to build strong working relationships across the group. A real self-starter with a desire to develop processes and profitability within the organisation. Prior experience in process improvement and waste reduction would be an advantage.



In return, you will receive:
