This large manufacturing organisation designs and manufactures at significantly tight tolerances and exports to a range of countries internationally. They have incredibly strict processes and standards in their engineering to ensure the highest standards in safety and have 4 main sites in the UK, along with multiple sites in Europe and the US. As a group they turnover over £4 billion annually, and have a very strong order book of £18 billion, ensuring that even with no further business or new orders, they could comfortably operate as they are for circa 5 years.
This job as Finance Business Partner will be embedded within a multi-function environment, providing a service to both finance and non-finance functions in order to support the delivery of the annual financial objectives. You will be heavily involved in costings; business planning; budgeting and forecasting; investments and continuous improvement initiatives. This role will give you broad experience of manufacturing finance, involving cost-based and projects, as well as business partnering. As a result of the evolving workload, this position offers great potential to progress within the team.
This role will pay up to £55,000 basic, depending on experience + bonus, paid overtime, will manage your own diary and work on site for 2-3 days working flexibly to suit.
