invest in its finance function to support growth, improve reporting, and strengthen commercial decision-making. This is a fast-paced role
that is based full-time in the office.
Reporting into senior finance leadership, the Management Accountant will play a key role in delivering high-quality financial reporting and
insight across the business. This is a hands-on, commercially focused position with responsibility for management accounts, balance sheet
control, costing, stock, and performance analysis. You will work closely with both finance and operational teams, supporting strategic
decision-making and continuous improvement.
• Producing monthly financial reports with clear analysis of performance against budget and prior periods
• Managing key balance sheet areas including accruals, prepayments, fixed assets and reconciliations
• Overseeing inventory reporting, valuation, and movement analysis across the operation
• Reviewing cost performance, identifying variances and supporting margin improvement
• Supporting VAT reporting and compliance processes
• Managing intercompany balances and resolving discrepancies
• Working closely with operational teams to provide financial insight and challenge
• Supporting audit processes and internal financial controls
• Coaching and supporting junior finance team members
• Delivering ad-hoc commercial analysis to support business decisions
• Up to £45,000 p.a.
• Monday – Thursday 9am – 5pm, Friday 8am – 4pm
