Accounts Assistant

Role Summary

We are looking for a Temporary Accounts Assistant to join our client’s team and provide support across the day-to-day finance function. Initially for a few weeks to cover for absence with a potential extension. Xero experience and the ability to start immediately essential.

Job duties

• Cashflow management and forecasting
• Sales ledger and purchase ledger
• Posting and allocating cash
• Processing supplier payments
• Bank reconciliations and general finance administration
• Supporting the wider accounts team as required

Looking for

We are looking for someone with good attention to detail, strong organisational skills and previous accounts experience. Experience with accounting systems and Excel would be an advantage.
