They are offering an exciting opportunity for a motivated and organised individual to join their busy Credit Control team of 3, reporting into the Credit Control Manager. As a Credit Controller, you will gain hands-on experience in day to day transaction processing and managing customer accounts, supporting debt collection activities, and contributing to the company’s cash flow performance.

Job duties
  • Process sales order transactions.
  • Support the monitoring of credit terms and limits.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date electronic customer records.
  • Assist with reporting on credit performance and identifying potential risks.
  • Contribute to the management of an extensive portfolio of customer accounts.
  • Assist in the timely and professional collection of outstanding debts.
  • Respond to customer queries and assist in resolving disputes efficiently.
  • Build and maintain positive working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and confidentiality standards.
Offer
  • Salary £30,000 – £32,000
