Interview Arrangement 

Efficient arrangement of interviews, be it in person or a video call, ensuring candidates are well prepped so no time is wasted.

Interview Feedback

Feedback from both parties; settling on which candidate(s) to pursue whilst discussing any refinements to the search.

Offer/Counter-Offer Management

Verbal offer delivered, contract sent to candidate and resignation support offered.

Candidate Starts

‘Mind the gap’ mentality is adopted with the selected hire, meaning we support the candidate during resignation, counter-offer and notice period.

Aftercare

After-service review meeting within the first 4 weeks, with a subsequent review at the end of the rebate period.
