Our Founders

Arron Leale

Arron has over 8 years of experience recruiting within professional services across Europe and APAC.  He has worked with some of the largest financial and legal institutions in the world supporting talent attraction across a variety of levels and locations. As a Hong Kong-based Director of a recognised recruitment company, he built and managed multi-layered teams that delivered consistent success, without compromising standards.  The key to this success has always been a robust sense of team-work, a thorough process-led recruitment methodology and above all else, a customer-first approach.

Lucinda O'Neill

Lucinda has 12 years’ experience building successful recruitment teams in various industries throughout the UK for a FSTE 250 specialist recruitment agency. During the initial part of her career, she worked with some of the largest UK brands, including NEXT and the JD Group – both of which she ringfenced certain roles and business lines to become an exclusive supplier.  The last 8 years saw Lucinda open a multi-specialist office in Lancashire placing candidates at all levels in manufacturing businesses, varying in organization size from SME to Blue-chip. Lucinda prides herself on giving a professional yet personable, honest and reliable service, and it’s these values that always led to the natural and organic growth of her client base, whatever the specialism, location or industry.
